I started over. With back surgery tentatively scheduled for the end of Feb, I have set a goal of losing 10 pounds before it.

1/1/08: 260.8
1/8/08: 259.4

Total Loss: 1.4 lbs

i havent been on a scale, mainly because i dont have one here at my house. im sure ive dropped at least a few pounds since xmas, because most of my pants need another notch tigher on my belt.

I'm starting a concentrated weight-gain plan as soon as I get back to Champaign on Sunday. I have protein, creatine, glutamine, and NO2 on the way, and I have my workout program all set.

i fianlly was able to get on a scale yesterday. i was a shade above 210...which is down remarkably 12 pounds from thanksgiving-ish time when i was 224. i cant fathom how i ended up losing weight with the holidays and all, but ill take it.

so yeah. start 224
current 212

net loss -12pounds

goal- down to no less than 175 by july 2
