Anyone ever come here? Can't beat it for lunch - it's as authentic as you'll get in the far 'burbs.

Every sandwich that I have had is the bomb. The latkes are delicious. I think the frozen soups to go are half price.

This place is like a limp dick. You can't beat it.

If you go between 5:00-7:00 during the week, you can get an overstuffed sandwich for the price of a regular sandwich, if you buy a fountain drink.

I used to go there once a week when I worked off Naperville Rd and Diehl. Top notch.

I'd get the Oy Vey...mustard and mayo...it threw them off.

I don't even want to see the overstuffed. The regulars are huge.

The regular is the overstuffed.

I meant half stuffed.

The regular is enough for two people, no doubt.

Leash, when we meeting for lunch? Naperville's an easy hop from the office, but it sucks from Dundee...no good way to get there.

We've had a lot Travel Games out Southwest- Yorkville, Batavia, Oswego, etc, and you can really fly on 88. I have been surprised how much traffic collects on 355 these days.

Yeah... I guess I haven't been there in over 5 years now. Same with Gemato's.

I need to find a reason to stop in to both places.

I have driven by Gemato's probably a thousand times, and have not stopped. I have been meaning to do so.

Oh goodness yes. There is no doubt we would get along fine in person.

Fantastic Gyro, honestly. The BBQ stuff is good too. Large portions.

The other day, there was a HUGE pile of wood behind the restaurant.

Gemato's is pretty good. Ate there for the first time a couple weeks ago.

Had their 'Brooklyn Beef' a couple hours ago ... nice.

Schmaltz's is like "Manny's goes to Naperville."
The regular sandwich is too much for me and that's something I don't ever say often.

LOVE that place! The only deli slightly better is Kaufman's in Skokie.

I am not - but can definitely appreciate a good corned beef on rye and matzo ball soup!

Maybe I've never had a good one, but I can't stand matzo ball soup.

I don't generally either but the one at Schmaltz's is very good. Even better is the soup that has everything in it, can't remember what they call it. But it's a meal on its own.
