Chicago Bears Owner Virginia McCaskey sent me this nice note after receiving the final book of the trilogy Talking Football "Hall Of Famers' Remembrances" Volume 3 interviews with 51 Pro Football Hall Of Famers. The Hall of Famers talk about their careers in college and the pros. Now available on Amazon. What a great person she is.

That is pretty cool David. I haven't checked out any of the volumes but did you get anything from O.J. Simpson?

I won an organge 'bearly legal' cap from Spada. I wore that cap all the time including when I went into bars. I am not kidding, but chicks were drawn to me. One even bought me a drink. That is a big deal for a guy old enough to remember the 67 Sox blowing it in DC and the 69 Cubs.

I lost that cap at the McDonald's in Winnetka. I went back asking for the cap -- and they said they had never even seen it.
