Jim Beam Apple. Really good. Off yesterday first day not on call since Feb.20. Went to Clinton Iowa and shopped with Mrs. Scooter and daughter and caught a Lumber Kings game so my 13 year old daughter could get the ball Clinton third baseman Logan Taylor hit foul to her signed. Not only did he sign it he took too dugout and had the whole team sign. So nice to get a few days off and not have to worry about my phone ringing.

What's a good free movie ON DEMAND on xfinity? Somebody check the guide and let me know. I haven't seen a lot of the recent shit.

I don't know what's on XFinity, but if you're into a dramatic interpretation of financial instruments, The Big Short is the way to go.

Straight Outta Compton just came out on HBO. Haven't seen it but it's recorded and next on my list.

I want to see "The Big Short". My sister loved it too.. But you have to buy that one. I just checked. I'd rather catch up on the good free shit first (Not really free, we're all paying for cable, but you know what I mean).

But not tonight. "Ray Donovan" is coming up.

I just watched Denzel Washington's The Equalizer.

Not a classic but it was pretty good. I like Denzel, though. A bit too long. They could have tightened it up and kept it under 2.

Visiting future in-laws in Denver (Lakewood actually) and hit up Wyncoop Brewery last night while walking from Union Station to Coors Field. Going out to Aurora to try Ursula and will end up at The Great Divide tonight.

We did an outing there (upstairs) last May. LoDo is a lot of fun now, and even Union Station is quite hopping. I love Coors, great backdrop.

Denver has transformed itself like nothing I have seen in the U.S. since Coors was first built. It is a wonderful city.

I haven't been to Colorado Springs for a while, but we did a ton of beer tastings in that city.

I'm really enjoying my time here...microbreweries everywhere. The area around Union Station had the same vibe for me as Jack London Square in Oakland. This trip is up there with the one I did to KC via Amtrak on MLK JR. weekend this year. Didn't care for driving through Des Moines and Denver during rush hour and driving rainstorm on the way out the other day, but it's been worth it. Coors Field is a great place to see a game as well, and taking the train by Sports Authority Stadium it was neat to see what a real NFL stadium should look like.

The Big Short would be hilarious if it weren't so ridiculously "true", watching it was great, then on reflection, left me flat. I'm trying The Equalizer tonite on your recommendation though
