I would think both are appropriate, the latter so long as they don't then 'give' them to the Astros ... that'd be BS I think. Not sure what else they could do punitively ... dicking around with, say, their international scouting, for example, as punishment would strike me as odd, though I'm not investing a great deal of time into putting precisely why into words ... lucky you.

Take away a percentage of June, July, and August home games for a few years. Make them play an extra series against divisional competition on the road.

This would be impossible, not only because the MLBPA would (very rightly) pitch a bitch and that would be the end of that, but not to mention the contracted concessions and other ancillary employees of the ballpark would suffer, AND not to mention it would impact the city's economy.
