One of my dealers for other things used to talk about going to some place near Cicero/Roosevelt called the brickyard for H. I've only found it myself at Cabrini (now gone) and the huge public housing project at Western and Madison (Rockwell Gardens? big building's gone for a decade or more now).

I'd never go into Cabrini or Rockwell solo tho. Always paid a local to go in and come back out with. Cabrini was always lit up like a Christmas tree. Rockwell, this was toward the end, was fucking scary at 3 AM as a lot of the lights didn't work. And junkies and crackheads milling about out front like zombies from the walking dead.
