This is the problem with the new wave of protests. You need leadership and vision. BLM is fading away just like "Occupy Wall Street" did(I know, OWS made a difference and became big in the Bernie campaign before he flamed out too but whatever).

You want real change. Have a leader who can make strong, concise, and simple to understand demands that most will eventually agree with. Everyone thought I hated Occupy Wall Street just because I said they were pretty much pointless and not going to get anything done because they were just as concerned about student loan forgiveness as they were Wall Street corruption. This is the same thing.

BLM should have one goal, and that is to get the justice system to try and convict cops who wrongfully kill black men(and by extension, other races). That is an achievable and noble goal that most will agree with.

You'd think in the era of social media that another true leader to unite everyone in a common goal would be fairly achievable but maybe it drowns them out with a million voices who can all create youtube videos too.

This is going to reach a head pretty soon.
