BTW, based on his voice and personality I pictured Sam Panayotovich to about 20 years older than that and (for some reason) with dark hair.

assuming the first pic is somewhat contemporaneous with its time-stamp, dude dropped most of that weight over 4 months in the winter/over the holidays... Mexican lap band or he had a grabber? tho I'd think you'd have heard something if it were the latter, (despite hipaa) also, his hair got darker.

He is also dominating the fuck out of some just for men.

Sharpton went from over 300 lbs to 120 lbs... 120 lbs for a man is not natural that's why he looks sick. He should have gone down to 160-180lbs and would look 'normal'.
