Yes I am I like Jews.

Jews aren't a race either.

Well then I don't believe in the master race.

I never liked play-doh. The smell is unappealing to me.

He visited Baton Rogue right after the floods. He just had an outreach event at a Black church. Disingenuous? Probably. But Republicans are accused (rightly) of not reaching out or understanding the needs of the Black community. So it's better than what other Republicans have done.

You can mold your reality into whatever you want it to be.

How is building a wall racist?

I've admitted that he is not finished evolving. We will have to see what he has in store. Hillary doesn't seem like she is willing to change her stances.

I really hope you are trolling.
ltg told me that Muslim isn't a race. I want him to explain then how building a wall is racist.

Building a wall designed to exclude an ethnicity from entering the country is bigoted. Mexicans are not a race either aND i erred by including them. Stating that Mexicans are all drug dealers and killers is also bigoted.
Ok, so Trump has become less bigoted.

It is good to know that you have a clear understanding on this particular issue.

I don't like Trump but I don't feel the need to act like Hillary deserves my support no matter what. Hillary has not been impressive this election. No wonder the Democrats have had to hand her every election and position up until this point. Her first real victory will be as "Not Trump".

This need to spin her as the default choice of Democrats demonstrates how out of touch you are. Whether you choose to vote for her is irrelevant. She has garnered more votes in every election that she has ever participated in. That strongly suggests that people are for her. It doesn't quite fit the narrative that is why it is rarely ever reported.

I don't know how many more times I can say this. Popular vote does not matter in ANY national election. The fact you keep repeating it and using it as a talking point makes you lose credibility.

Tell that to the people who are saying that not voting for Hillary is a vote for Trump then.

How did Obama get the nomination in 2008 with less votes?

Superdelegates. Obama had a small delegate lead and Hillary had more votes. The Superdelegates chose the guy with the delegate advantage. Both had an argument.

Hillary only had more votes because people in Michigan couldn't vote for Obama.

Crooked Hillary supporters.

IIRC she had a lead of over 1 million votes.

Obama won if you don't count Michigan where Obama got 0 votes.

Yeah, I get that. Just be careful, please. I think MANY in this country feel the same way (and for good reason), but it's coming off to others as though they are actively supporting Trump. Dear God, he can't get elected.

Is this what reaching out to different communities supposed to look like?

I do not know who this Sultan guy is but he takes a look at Trump from a couple of angles that aren't generally discussed.

You lose credibility by constantly repeating that it doesn't matter. It holds water when people keep repeating how she is only winning because it is Trump. It matters when people keep repeating that no one really wants her. It matters whenever people focus solely on disapproval ratings. The fact of the matter is that a great number of people want her to be President. This notion that she is only winning because its Trump is foolish if she accumulated more votes than both Sanders and Obama. the toughest challenge that Obama faced came from Hillary Clinton.

IT. DOES. NOT. MATTER. She accumulated more delegates than Sanders and won and she had less than Obama and lost. Why is this so difficult for you? Popular vote only matters in local and State elections. Please for the love of god fucking stop.

I don't understand why you don't quite get it. I'm not making an argument about electoral systems. She garnered 4 million more votes than Sanders and that is why she won. Delegates are distributed based upon popular votes of individual states. My argument is that it is stupid to keep talking about how no one wants her when she keeps accumulating more votes than the people she is pitted against. It has nothing to do with how people get elected. It is stupid for you to keep arguing a point that I am not attempting to make.

If she accumulates more votes in every election that she has ever participated in then obviously people want her on some level.

She ran against an inexperienced first term senator and lost. She ran against a 74 year old independent and got pushed almost to the convention. These are hardly examples of overwhelming support. Of course people voted for her, she was on the ballot. People would vote for a potato if it had a R or a D next to its name. Rick is saying that her probably victory this general election is based on the fact that she isn't Donald Trump. I have to agree with that. Talking about her numbers of popular votes in a democratic primary has no point other than to point out that people voted for her. I'm fairly sure no one is arguing whether or not she rec'd votes in the 2008 and 2016 democratic primary.

She ran against an inexperienced first term senator that happened to get elected twice as President. The 74 year old Senator lost by 4 million votes. She also didnt have to campaign against him so I don't know what you mean by "pushed" He really could only win by caucus yet she was "pushed". Its stupid to say that she is only winning because its Trump since Trump ran away with the Republican nomination. Its not her fault that Republicans chose a flawed candidate. She would also have beaten just about any of the other Republican candidates too. She would really be sweating if it were Ben Carson or Ted Cruz wouldn't she?

This year was crazy for the GOP primary, none of the front runners were good candidates. If it were Kasich we would be talking about a slam dunk win on the GOP side instead of the other way around. The GOP shot themselves in the foot. She's going to back into the presidency, good for her. Why does that bother you so much? A win is a win, you don't need to justify it. Be happy you got your candidate in office. What am I missing here?

I don't understand why you don't quite get it. I'm not making an argument about electoral systems. She garnered 4 million more votes than Sanders and that is why she won. Delegates are distributed based upon popular votes of individual states. My argument is that it is stupid to keep talking about how no one wants her when she keeps accumulating more votes than the people she is pitted against. It has nothing to do with how people get elected. It is stupid for you to keep arguing a point that I am not attempting to make.

If she accumulates more votes in every election than she has ever participated in then obviously people want her on some level.

The GOP's best candidate was Jeb Bush. They had much better choices than Trump and everyone within their establishment knew it. They have to get away from merely being interested in protesting. That only gets you so far. Where are the policies?

As far it bothering me it doesn't. There are a lot people angry about Hillary CLinton being elected President. That is obvious around here.

Rick, are you just trolling or seriously defending Trump?
I don't like Trump but I don't feel the need to act like Hillary deserves my support no matter what. Hillary has not been impressive this election. No wonder the Democrats have had to hand her every election and position up until this point. Her first real victory will be as "Not Trump".

You never answered his question.

I don't know if we will ever see an election where people dislike both candidates as much as this one. Gary Johnson remains the only sane choice.
