Chas' online persona, the deleted shoutout. It was a great thread, and he was a good sport about it.

I thought "CHUSE" was on the banned list?

I know.

It was the TIMING involved with its use that night.

Keep that in mind before you post your funny comments in the future.

One of the best one liners ever was when somebody(Frank or RFDC maybe) was defending the Cutler trade by saying how bad the draft picks that Denver got back ended up being. They ended their post by saying "so basically the Bears got Cutler for nothing" and IB quoted that and said "and the picks for free"

Not to open old wounds, but there was a thread bigfan created that said something like "WHO GOES FIRST" with a poll asking who woud be babbed first in what I think was supposed to be an intimidating fashion.

The first three replies were:
"How can we pick 2 people to be banned first?" (He gave the option to pick 2 people)...

"Chus isn't spelled with an 'E'." (He misspelled chus)...

and the third was - I think - Hussra posting an "I farted" bumper sticker image.

It was hilarious because the tone of the thread was supposed to be all serious and threatening.

Regular's Troll, Troll Peer Review.

I think it has been washed away by the sands of time, but one of the most hilarious things I have read. This side of the Patriot Act.

I personally enjoyed his thread a touch more, but BF gave us all a lot of material to work with that night.

Dryfingering in the back of a cab and whoever wore the Bears jacket and got mad when someone wanted to talk Bears talk to him. And the steak dinner bet.

Doug of EP arranged THE Dan Bernstein to be interviewed during a White Sox day game. Beardown was present, but not prepared. Not his best hour. Tall Midget entered the fray with poignant questions. Mr. Bernstein provided responses...sort of. WZ then transcribed the give and take between the two in hilarious fashion. It was awesome. Summer 2010, maybe 2009.

WZ's response was a thing. Dr. Ken's version of Degenerate Dave's letter to HR qualifies as well. Heelarious.

This is way way back, but Chris in Joliet's first post on the board was a thing.

I liked the time where some low count poster quit the board because RFDC was mean to him and he had a heart condition and didn't want to have a heart attack because of the stress that RFDC caused him.

I had forgotten about that. That could be the funniest thing I've posted here.

Sincerely,

I also have some love for Old Man Potter's induction speech for Tall Midget and Joe Biden's advice on how to survive the Bird Flu. Also, Mike North's concern about Grey Rights.
