either the polish bun is too large or the brat is puny. not only bad kraut to sausage ration but bad bread to sausage ratio as well

whenever i watch Beat Bobby Flay and the challenge is a sandwich, he always takes some bread out of the bun so the ratio is good

You can easily fix too much bread. Just tear a little bit off the ends, or between bites. No big deal. Which I did...some bread didn't make it into my stomach.
