Ok. Trade everything you can.
Can you trade a franchise tag player?
Need some deflated balls that you can get for Cutler?
Long?
Anything and everything of value?
Loud voices?

The sad fucking thing about this is its essentially already been blown up, right? Do you feel there is even one player on the roster right now that could be an eventual hall of famer?

No. No hall of famers. No hall of competent either.

Gotta keep Cutler. Still has potential if they can improve around him. Just gotta get a new RT, RG, C, LG, LT, LE, RE, DT, ILBs, OLBs, CBs, Ss, WEs, RBs, OC, HC, and GM and then he can thrive. Oh yeah, and fans who shut the fuck up and never get loud when he's busy trying to get a called play set.

How about starting with a really good offensive coordinator that lasts more than 1 year.

Hall of Famer? A better question is can you name four players who would start on a different team?

Man. Minnesota would have traded some first rounders for Cutler a few weeks ago.

This team might win a game this year.

Yeah that's funny but if that number isn't 22 it's bad.

I hope this entire team, coaches and ownership die in a plane crash.

Jeffery is the only player on the Bears that starts for a good team. Everyone else, from Long on down, is hot trash. This is the worst Bears team I have ever seen.

With CTE, the Cubs getting good and the Hawks having been good, not to mention fantasy football/Madden making people less tied to local teams in general, are we ever going to get to the point where the Bears are just, like, "that team your parents like" while a younger generation all but dispenses with caring about this team from week to week? WSCR won't ever reflect it because the kids aren't exactly listening to AM radio, but I could see it getting to that point. I never grew up with the Bears being the end-all-be-all of Chicago sports, not with Michael Jordan around. Granted, my middle school and high school were about 55/45 Bears/Packers.

For perspective, three graduating classes in a row will have gone through high school without the Bears in a playoff game.

The Bears are a fucking joke.

Ryan Pace, clueless.

John Fox, game has passed him by.

When Suzy Kolber said before the game that Kevin White looked slow in pre-game, that was all you needed to know the Bears were in trouble.

White will never be good enough post-injury. Nor is Leonard Floyd the impact player he was drafted to be, because of his lack of girth and strength. So Pace's two first rounders are pretty much a bust, and he should be fired for that alone. Can't have a GM that can't draft. Heck, our GM can't even sign a kicker that can make a 30 yrd. field goal!

It was a mistake to promote Loggains to OC, when I'm sure there were better candidates out there. You need a genius in that role, not just a guy.

Shoulda blown it up 2 years ago before re-signing Cutler

There are some good defensive players but no one who would get much return.

They're fucked for next 2-3 years at least

I see what you're saying but I think one good Bears season wakes up the sleeping giant that is the fan base

I cannot root for this organization any longer. Its a trainwreck.

I am not going to root against them, but I can't root for them either. Even the Lions have had more to cheer about recently.

But bigfan says Jerry Reinsdorf won't allow that to happen?

O'Donnell would start on another team

This team may finally be bad enough for them to figure out that they actually need to do this. I mean, this team signed an older offensive lineman to a big contract at the start of this season when they had already seen what the team looked like in the preseason. I think they thought they could be a playoff team.

Fox is a sub par coach, Denver fired him to win a super bowl..It all starts with ownership.. This team would look demonstrably better with Bruce Arian's. But they wanted a nerd instead of a mans man.

I will be actively rooting against the Bears for the remainder of the season. I hope they go 0-16 and I never want them to be on SNF or MNF ever again.
