So if you are running, fall down, ball hits the ground it's a fumble but if somebody tries to tackle you and the same thing happens it's not. But why?

because of the rule that lets you fall down and get back up and keep running if not contacted. If you are going to gain the ability to not be down then you lose the ability to have a ball not be fumbled because of the ground.

Well these assholes tried to cover the spread.
Glad they didn't.
0-3 and my under 7.5 looks lovely and my -7 today came in nicely.

Do it like this and you too can find enjoyment in the bears losing.
