His brother is still fighting the good fight, I see him at court occasionally.

On a related note, we might be making the plunge into television advertising. Never thought we would do that, but we see lots of our competitors doing it so why not. Also, we pay around 2 grand per month for internet search optimization and all that crap and we end up getting about 6 cases per year from that so we're thinking of taking that money and putting it into a late night local commercial to see if that nets better results.

Borrow the hat from the guy in the Binder & Binder commercials. There was one commercial where he was wearing a hat and a bolo tie. Bold choices for a bold man.
