Jay Farner may want to update his Quicken Loans spot claiming that mortgage rates are the "second lowest in history, with the 30-yr rate at 3.50%." Since the election, rates have been rising and are now almost 4%.

I like the AT&T commercial where the brother and sister are talking about how cool AT&T is and then it turns out they're Hispanic. It sneaks up on you, just like a good Los Lobos song.

that one commercial like YOU SAY RIDICULOUS / I SAY METICULOUS --- YOU SAY [NEGATIVE] / I SAY [RHYMING POSITIVE] can seriously fuck right off. i'm officially sick of that one proper horrorshow nowadays!

Yeah, where the Mom can keep up with her telenovellas and the Dad can save pictures (wtf) of his favorite soccer (wtf, pt 2) players.

It would be better if the kids started yelling at each other in Swedish.

Has anyone heard this horse abortion that Spada plays on ESPN 1000? It's just Fergie Jenkins spouting Hanley-esque sports puns for personal injury lawsuits. It literally makes you consider suicide.

Maybe this is old news, but has anybody actually seen a MyPillow? I was in Bed Bath and Beyond, and happened to see a display, so I stopped to see what the fuss was. It's just stuffed with chopped up foam, like pillows (and stuffed toys) used to be when I was a kid. My folks bought these back in the day because real down pillows were too expensive. Now some marketing genius is selling those cheap things at a premium price because nobody's seen one since the invention of Polyfill, so they don't know it's a piece of junk and not a novelty. There's no way Ron Coomer is traveling around the country transporting one of these cloth bags of manufacturing refuse with him from one hotel to another. Right?

A friend bought one and said they are weird. Almost like you'd have to arrange whatever is in it during the night. I need a new pillow and if anybody has one they like let me know.

My sister bought a "my pillow". Thought the same thing. It's crap.

But since nobody advertises "pillows" it's probably gonna sell very well. That's the genius behind it. People think, well since I don't hear pillow ads, this must be great.

Apparently MyPillow has been forced to stop claiming they are "the official pillow of the National Sleep Foundation," as there is probably an incestuous relationship between them.

Also, they were sued for false advertising for offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal, as their own site offered a single pillow for 49.99 but if you clicked on the 2 for 1 offer, the price was changed to 99.97.

Even if the pillows were great, they are scumbags.

The new wendy's add that plays the sound effect of sizzling meat on the grill for their meat and the sound of a man hole cover circling to a stop. I would never had thought that sound would be that offensive until I heard it 6 times in one commercial.

I bought two of them through Amazon this summer and like them very much. Actually, I bought four of them. The first two I bought were the Premium Series. I thought they would be nicer than the Classic Series but I thought they were a little too tall for my liking. I returned them and bought two Classic Series pillow and, as I said, like them very much. You have to fluff them and smush them to your liking but you have to do that with pretty much all pillows anyway, so these are no different in that respect. I have had them for six months and they still bounce back and retain their original shape every time you get up so in that regard they are performing as advertised.

I buy a lot of things through Amazon because of their accommodating return policy. I am a picky pain in the ass and save all of my receipts for pretty much everything because I frequently return things, but I did not return these pillows. If you are curious I'd recommend buying them from Amazon and if you don't like them you can return them for a refund.

In between the time I returned the Premium Series MyPillows and bought the Classic Series MyPillows I bought two Xtreme Comfort hypoallergenic bamboo pillows - shredded memory foam with kool-flow micro-vented bamboo cover - hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant from Amazon. They are nice, and I kept them, but ordered and prefer the Classic Series MyPillow.

I like how it says something about how you can't tell me what to do...
at the exact instant their pushy ass car is saying get back in your lane because the driver is an inattentive jerk.
