Are we in for another completely embarrassing loss? I look forward to watching the Greek Freak torching Dougie McBuckets and Niko (my cousin!).

Bulls 6/19 shooting right now, they look as lethargic and lost as they did last night.

Fire Gar/Pax/Hoiberg and Uncle Jerry needs to sell Sox and Bulls.

Pathetic.

Down 21 now in the 2nd. Niko is benched, and nobody seems all that interested in playing defense as the Bucks whip the ball all over the court to create wide open jumpers. People should get fired for this kind of play.

They're just not moving on offense. Aside from an inbounds play or a screen at the top of the arc, there's no motion on offense to try to get someone, anyone, open. So we get Taj trying to back down Giannis and Jimmy dribbling himself into a shot with two guys draped all over him.

56-37 Milwaukee at the half. They shouldn't even come out for the 2nd half.

dude, unless jerry sells the bulls there's no way that he's gonna get rid of gar/pax. ask kenny williams; jerry values loyalty > all, and i think he quite possibly looks at his teams' upper-management as surrogate sons, so at the end of the day while winning is all fine and good i think jerry wants it to be known that he's always going to stick by "his guys" and that's that.

also, i'm pretty sure that paxson is still the GM of this team, especially when over the last couple'a years dan bernstein has gone out of his way to say that certain moves/acquisitions are "A GAR FORMAN JOINT" --- at the time paxson was bumped upstairs it was pretty much common knowledge (even to dan & terry) that paxson didnt wanna deal with the media, so by bumping him up and formally giving gar the title of GM he didn't have to meet with the media anymore. now years later it's like gar forman suddenly got control of the bulls? yeah..... no. i'm just thinking that somebody very high up in the reinsdorf organization/s got a hold of dan like "CEASE AND DESIST ALL "GARPAX" BULLSHIT BECAUSE GAR FORMAN IS OUR GENERAL MANAGER AND THEREFORE THE BUCK STOPS @ THE DESK OF GAR FORMAN WHEN IT COMES TO ANY AND ALL BULLS MOVES.... GOT IT?!"

and since we know that dan is nothing if not always looking to carry water for the various franchise owners around towns (i.e. how do you think he got his "bears source" who either has the last name "mccaskey" or works-directly-under/reports-to a mccaskey? it has to be someone mccaskey-level to slip dan the news that [player X] is out of town after this year so please shit-talk them all year to butter up the fanbase and make it less "painful" when the bears cut a ~1000yds+/10TD #1 WR or arguably one of the top 2-3 offensive TEs in football cuz "they're meaniepants! divas! full of themselves!" / etc) --- yeap, message received. the score stopped being "the voice of the fan" years ago and now is all about that [corporate] "synergy" with the big bosses across town cuz like, man, at the end of the day do you think dan bernstein wants to have "cred" with the average "meatball" listener or the owners in town? </VoiceOfTheFan> aka #RIP

or uh wow.... it seems that some eclectic combination of myself and your "suckass" 2016-17 chicago bulls have essentially nuked the thread as i've been afk for ~30-45mins (and i left during halftime) and there's no posts since my last one, therefore i didn't have to say "way late edit"

i hope that everyone has double-checked that their dogs are ok cuz it's a well-known-fact that shitty rein$dorf teams have this awful tendency to kill dogs #ConfessionsOfASoxFan

Someone is going to be sacrificed and more than likely that someone will be Hoiberg.

Fred looks overmatched in these most recent games and the ugly losses are starting to pile up. There's no excuse to get blown out by the same team in back to back nights. No excuse for that.

So if you let Hoiberg go then it's going to be one tough sell to your fanbase if Gar Forman sticks around to pick or help pick the next coach though the word is Forman and Michael Reinsdorf are very good friends and their wives are even better friends. You'd hate to think something like that would play into the decision making process, but this is a Reinsdorf run organization after all.

The problem with the NBA is that the Bulls could play as well as they could possibly play and we all know it's Warriors vs. Cavs in the Finals again. When the NBA superstars team up it makes for bad basketball for the rest of the league. Basketball is unique in the fact that a couple good players getting on the same team makes them unbeatable. Whereas in other sports it's harder for top free agents to team up and defeat the rest of the league.

The NBA is the one league which doesn't really need owners. ESPN, TNT, and the NBAPA could run the whole thing.

The Bulls lose all credibility if they fire Hoiberg and retain Foreman. They're tied to one another.

From what I am hearing now it sounds like the beef was between him a Gar. That makes sense because Paxson got him the players he wanted before Gar took over and ran the team into the ground.

Hmm. Then why would Paxson let Gar push out "his" guy?

It was time. I think even pro Thibs people like myself would agree that he needed to go. Toxic work environment among other things.

Paxson had no dog in the fight. He wanted Doug Collins and Unlce Jerry made the right choice to hire Thibs.
