I just saw someone I know post on Facebook that they are driving up to the game this morning from here. 1st off, I think the "stay off the roads" advisory has been given and second, it's record cold out for a Bears game. I don't get it.

I don't get people who go to a game on a day like today and get a beer. Even if it were in the 20s or 30s I wouldn't want a cold beer. If I go to a ball game in August when it's 97 degrees I don't get a hot chocolate.

That's the point of going to the game. Drink and enjoy the atmosphere. If you want to actually watch a football game you stay home.

Xoco has some excellent hot chocolate that is worth double digits. Authentic Mexican.

My favorite part of the TV broadcast is when they come back from halftime and all the people in the club seats are still inside warming up and it looks like there's just 4000 people at the game.

At least this game has been fun to watch so far. Both teams are out there so far busting each other up. The NFL needs to just admit the game is dangerous, have guys sign the waiver and get back to letting these mofo's knock each other the fuck out during games.
