Went out to dinner with the wife Saturday, went to Shokrah Morracan restaurant on Iriving Park next to 90. Place was on Check PLease, been meaning to try it. Place was great btw.

But, we get there very early and the only people in the restaurant is this young couple sitting 2 tables away. Right away I notice they are both very loud talkers, it felt like we were sitting at their table they were so loud. First off they were talking about Jews, then the convo switched to Native Americans and Blacks and how all everyone is racist against them. And of course the girl was fat and the guy was an IMU clone. She started talking about white privilege and talking about who was woked and who wasn't woked.

Then she started talking about her stupid college classes and everything she is learning in Earth Science or some other shit.

Tehn it was on to how excited they were to see what Obama does for the Black Lives Matter movement now that he's not President.

Then he started talking about his job he just got and how he isn't sure he wants to work there because allegedly the founder of the company funded smear campaigns against Obama in 2008. That guy is dead, but his kid is the CEO of the company now and she said well of course the son has the same views as the father. But, don't worry, IMU clone was going to call the company on monday and get a feel for their level of racism over the phone. Then came the highlight of the conversation when this brilliant liberal Caller Bob who knows all the important big words like "woked" and "white privilege" and "BLM" asks her date, "What does CEO stand for?"

These Caller Bobs spent their entire date talking like this, not one single laugh came from their table the entire meal. Great date. I'm sure he hit that later on after they went to the Persian Puppet show they were attending after dinner.

Shokran is pretty awesome although you will get the bum rush if you're in there too late. Chicken Bastilla is a dish you don't find anything like very often. And even though they don't have extensive desserts the homemade Morroccan cookies are all you need. And it's BYOB!

I wanted to get the Bastilla, but the wife was scared by the description. Ended up getting the kefta appetizer which was delicious. Both got tangines for entree, I went with Chicken casablanca and wife went with lamb shank casablanca. Both were great. I'll get adventurous next time and try the Lamb fez.

Place was pretty cheap too, entrees all under $20.

If you liked that you should try Jibek Jolu. It's Chicago's only Kyrgyzstani restaurant. The menu is like if a Chinese chef only had Eastern European ingredients to work with. Also, many of the customers look very Asian but speak fluent Russian. Also shockingly cheap and BYOB.

Stop funding terrorists and unAmerican extremists by eating at places like this and you won't have to deal with these types. If you would have went to a real American place like IHOP you would have been surrounded by real Americans and you would have been helping a real American company.

If he was intelligent he would have cited Chick Filet instead of IHOP.

Last night we went out to dinner. The wait was way too long at Olive Garden and we ended up at Cooper's Hawk, true story.

I'll use it in a sentence...

"Chang woked an 8 hour shift last night."

More like, "Chang woked an 8 hour shift last night," Chung said.

No idea. I'm not up to date on proper verb tenses for made up terms. Sounded like they were saying "woked"
