She is Rogue, but there is something about her that I have always not liked, going back to when she played.

Typical hit or miss weather in Monterrey this week. Looks like things will clear up for the weekend and this afternoon.

Most boring tournament to watch just got a little more intriguing with the bad weather. My guess is they'll reduce it to a 54-hole event.

I like watching the golf on Pebble, just couldn't care less about the celebs.

The course is beautiful. I can do without seeing Bill Murray mugging for the camera, and Chris Berman trying to get out of a bunker with a cigar in his mouth.

The rain is moving out. They should have no trouble getting in 72 holes.

If Dustin Johnson finishes 53rd or better this week, he becomes the #1 player in the world.

Whatever I read was totally off. He was ranked 4th, and is now 3rd.

And now he is #1. I didn't get to watch any of the golf but it appears he ran away with it this week.

When he is bombing his driver right down the fairway, he is almost impossible to beat.

My latest podcast interview with PGA Tour player Colt Knost got picked up by Golf Digest. Colt shared a couple hilarious stories about Charles Barkley and Phil Mickelson:

Kicking off the Florida swing is always an exciting time, for me anyway. I enjoy the tournaments down there and you know that
the Masters is just around the corner. Pretty decent field and golf course this week so should be fun to see who is starting to really
round into form. Didn't see how the weather was going to be this week but it would be nice if they actually had some dry conditions
for the first time in a few weeks.

PGA TOUR Live is a good investment for folks who can stream tournament coverage on their smartphone at work. $40 a year pays for itself quickly.

I admit, I love the west coast swing but yes going to Florida does mean we are getting closer to Augusta. I was a little surprised that none of the Top 6 ranked players are playing this week, but you are correct, still a good field and a brutally tough course.

I like the west coast, but too often the weather works out the way it did this year that early in the season.

I guess I am sentimental to the old courses, it is like you know them damn near like Augusta because they have played them so long.

Torrey Pines, Pebble and Riviera is a nice string of courses, no doubt about it.

Should be interesting to see if Fowler can close it out today. Ive always been a fan of his. He has played incredibly well all week on a tuff damn course.

It certainly wasn't pretty, as Johnny Miller let us all know multiple times  , but the win was really never in dire jeopardy for Fowler. What the hell he was thinking on 17 I have no idea.

First time he was able to nail down a 54 hole lead and turn it into victory. That is a big step for him and hopefully he can continue
to play well and contend. He's just a half step behind the other top players in the world it seems.

Should be an interesting tournament this week. Have they ever played an event at this course? I was under the impression they
haven't. Even at 7200 yards or whatever it is I read that it will be playing well under 7000 because they are at elevation. I really
like the WGC events and much prefer something like this to the Match Play early in the season.

Totally new course that no one has seen before, which I love. Looks like a tough little course, too.

Pretty tough course this week. I expect some of the leaders to hold or even come back to the field a bit this afternoon.

Jason Dufner has holed out twice this week, on the same hole.

He got skinny, and forgot how to play golf. It's good to see him getting fat again. I love fat golfers.
