that said, supernatural starts in 2mins (and i gotta get "my stories" in) so i'll check back in the 2nd half / during commercials! until then: godspeed gents!

Not only the Thursday thing, but the Bulls have won like 17 str8 TNT games going back years!

That said...I KNOW we gotta lose tonight! :(

Man, Rondo runs the floor good and Portis is having a great game. Felicio has hardly touched the ball tonite and MCW has NO impact on the game!

Please trade Jimmy to Boston. Cavs and Celtics in the ECF would be so much fun to watch.

Superstar call. Isaiah Thomas doesn't get that call. Give us both 1st round picks Danny.

That was a gift. What's funny is that the Bulls should be winning this by a lot more given their massive edge in boards but for their awful 3 point shooting. It's kind of a night and day contrast with the Minnesota game where they shot "well" by their own recent standards but got outrebounded by a lot.

 Butler crediting Wade for teaching him how to draw fouls. I guess he'd probably be the biggest expert on that in the league outside of possibly Harden.

Yes please. Having both Nets picks will divorce the team's performance from their chances of selecting #1 overall for the next 2 seasons, so they may not actually have to suck that bad for that long in order to effectively rebuild.

Seems like the teams we play with much better records play like shit when they meet us. The Raptors were fucked up last game. So were we, but a little less.

I definitely think this kind of victory demonstrates that the front office shouldn't do anything too rash at the trade deadline. You don't want to shake up a team with so much positive momentum and potential.

Hoiberg has finally gotten around to playing Bobby Portis and Portis has looked good. Word on the street was that he told management and Hoiberg that he wasn't going to play the 5. That's why they sent him to the DLeague.

So Duh Mayor was not using the team to their beat potential????

Nope but the call may have come from GarPax. As far as best potential it depends on whether you think he is better than Mirotic. Do you? I know I do.

Both are awful, but I tend to agree except for when Portis shoots a 3 with 17 seconds on the shot clock.

Portis never meet a shot he didn't like

That criteria is what I use to determine if ltg likes a player.

Mirotic's shot selection is even worse. Plus Portis will at least sniff the paint. Mirotic and that mad bomber ass game of his needs to exit stage left. I'm sick of watching that bum with unbridled potential play.
