Kaner! 1-0 on a great feed from Anisimov that left him alone with Price.

Anisimov needs to be helped off the ice at the end of the first period. Looked like someone fell onto his knee in a way his meniscus likely did not enjoy.

Hawks are finished without Anisimov. That knee is wrecked. He's never coming back.

I was thinking more high ankle sprain or broken ankle. They were evaluating his lower leg initually.

That kid smacking the penalty box glass as Kero grabs a seat was pretty awesome.

I had the game on in the background when that happened. My reaction? "Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck...FUCK!" :(

I'm surprised they didn't make him go to the little dark room.

Just noticed Ott...now the Canadiens have this perennial worthless fuck. How many teams need to keep him for less than a whole season before the rest of the teams finally just ignore him altogether?

Ruh-roh. One goal game now. Poor time for Crawford to get beat from the blue line.

Q says "day-to-day, but it does not seem serious". That's rather optimistic.

Also, Burish is doing a nice job in-studio with Boyle. What happened to Jammer? Haven't seen him around much...

I think he's doing community relations stuff, which was what he was initially brought in to do but wound up filling in for Konroyd.

EDIT: Judd Sirott keeps calling tonight's opponent the "Canadiennes," inadvertently misgendering the entire franchise.

Jammer is a team employee at this point. I think he was just doing the CSN stuff as a part time thing.

Burish is a natural fit for this type of TV job. I want to say he even guest hosted a few CSN shows while rehabbing from his knee injury mid season in 2009-2010. It would've been in the fall during college football season as he did it so he could talk Badgers.

I'm hearing he is walking out in a boot so that clearly says ankle sprain. It's not a fracture if they said day-to-day.

Did anyone else forget all about Adam Burish? I can't believe he was still in the NHL up through the 2015 season.
