I don't get that at all.
For fed and state offices, banks, postal workers, fine.
but the rest of the world should not get grade school holidays off.

Agreed..I find more relevance in MLK day then I do Presidents day and a lot of companies do not recognize MLK day. Most of our Presidents were douchebags anyway. [/quote]

I remember when I was a youngin' they used to give us both their birthdays off, then they came up with this "President's Day" to honor all presidents instead.
