My breakfast skillet this morning was probably the best breakfast I have ever had. Kudos to Juan for the selection of quality ingredients and cooking everything to perfection. What a trip to flavor-town.

I like green peppers but they have a strong flavor and can over power a dish.

For example, once in a while I will want green pepper on a pizza but I have to tell them to do it lightly because I know if they add a fuck ton I won't taste anything else.
