"It's a down year for the Big 10."

It seems like I've been hearing that every year without fail since I was a little kid. Now I have no rooting interest for the schools but I do find it amusing how the conference "always" sucks yet they seem to do well come tournament time.

3 Big 10 teams in the Sweet 16. The vaunted ACC will have two, IF Duke holds on tonight.

Yep, barely beat a team that's from a place that's barely a state. Fuck them, they can get some too

Never fails. Every damn year, it's a "down year" for the Big Ten.

I bet they could even win the Chicago Public League now that Groce has been launched!

The potential Illini-ISU battle will tear this state (and perhaps the entire Midwest) apart

I bought into the hype, I thought they were trash. The only team I had advancing was Purdue.

Same here. I WANTED to be able to pick MI and NW, but knew how bad the Big Ten usually is. Now that they booted my champion pick Luelville, I can clearly root for the Wolverines again. The whole story of the plane deal plus the B10 tourney run, they have to be taken seriously to win 10 in a row, especially as well as the PG and now C are playing!
