Good salvage, but getting doubled up in shots by shitty Dallas isn't what you want to see.

At this point of the year, with first place almost locked up and the team clearly coming down a bit after an amazing run to catch the Wild, any wins are huge positives no matter how they happen.

Right there for the President's Trophy too. Capitals would greatly appreciate not having that curse on them. I visited the HHOF this weekend and even those guys had no respect for that trophy. They shoved it in the corner. :lol:

As much as we shit on the trophy, there should still be a banner there to commemorate 2013's wire-to-wire first-place finish. True, a Presidents' Trophy banner feels like kind of a Sharks move, but then again Detroit never skimped on the banners:
