Those Minnesota guys taking a shot at Spiegs and all of his partners was kind of funny.

prediction: Parkins earns his stripes today doing that interview. He's going to hold Gar's feet to the fire.

they can try to crucify, but gar is such a terrible interview he'll just deflect or talk in circles around it

Spiegel prefaced the segment by saying there wasn't going to be any "hacky" ball-busting between the hosts of each show but that's exactly what they did to him.

The Minnesota guys ran off a list of all of Spieg's partners and at the end asked Parkins when he was getting fired.

Values Cameron Payne (said it twice)
Thinks Valentine and Zippy can take Dougie McBuckets place
Said Dunn came out of school early (was corrected)

They asked great questions. The answers were mostly bullshit. Found it interesting that he said there's an option to take a team's bad contract in the future w/ an asset attached because of the open roster spot not used on Jordan Bell. So I guess something like Luol Deng coming back for a few years with Julius Randle attached.

They did a good job with the interview. Not much for answers. Sounds like the roster spots are already taken

That answer to the Bell trade was BS...if they valued an open roster spot, why not get a future 2nd from the Warriors then? Keeps the roster spot and gives the Bulls an ASSET to use to draft a young, inexpensive player or package it to trade up in a future draft. They took the money because a) It offsets a buyout of Lopez or Wade b) They want to pocket the money, helping the business aspect but hurting the basketball side.
