He's not wrong though. Kap has played like crap and has devoted himself to social causes. He can either go be a community organizer in San Fran or rehab his image to get an NFL job.

We're talking about the NFL though. If he was looking for a job outside of playing sports I would agree with cutting his hair. Kaepernick's appearance won't change his employment status.

I like the 60s-70s hair coming out of the earholes and back of the helmet. Far less douchey than fake country guy Matthews who grew up in the lap of luxury.

I am pissed at him for sucking versus the Bears last year resulting in a Bear W whose butterfly effect is that Pace traded the house to move up one pick. I also lost some coin on that game and sat in a wet snowstorm.
