This morning Mike read the SunTimes survey results, BB and MJH finished above him.

"Well, you know, our show's listeners use da snail mail to send in der answers. Mac and Bernstein got all those computer people"

LOL, maybe you shouldn't rip on and try to sue the computer people then.

And then he said something like "and we get a lot of those text messages. They got da computer stuff, while our people do more of the texting".

Yeah, numbnuts, I'm sure people who can text also have access to a computer. Always funny to hear the excuses

Sorry, I just have to add something here. I heard Pappy make that comment, but then 20 minutes later he is bragging about having the most people in PalTalk, well...I am pretty sure they are "computer people". Who ya crapping pappy?

This isnt a complaint about Mike, just another one of his mindless comments that amuse me :D

KS, true, heard it and Fred, I know this might come to a shock to everyone, agreed. I have said it many times, I like Mike, just not this show format and I hoping that by falling flat on his face, it will bring him back to what made him good.

If I were North, I don't think I'd want to admit that, in this day and age, my audience is made up of people who would actually fill out a paper survey, put it in an envelope with a stamp and mail it in.

Besides, I think what he really meant to say was that his caveman listeners were still chiseling their answers on big stone tablets, so they haven't been counted yet.

Why do you say B&B are "clearly" the Score's best show?

This is a matter of opinion, and as such can be disputed.

I, for one, have long thought that Mully & Hanley offer the Score's best show. Several other posters here agree with this view. Whatever the case, B&B have clearly been in decline for several years...

Ok. I never get to listen to Mully and Hanley. I just think the fact that B&B are in afternoon drive and 2nd in the male demo proves they are the station's best show. With those facts it's not a matter of opinion.

Who knows. Maybe M&H would be equally as good or better in afternoon drive.

Mulli and Hanley dont suck, but I never find their show entertaining in the least. Vince is right about the sports content, but its incredibly bland, and terrible when Mulli tries to be funny. B&B is more entertaining, probably less informative.
