Hell the Texas governor, a disabled guy enriched by a personal injury lawsuit is fine and willing to use disability laws...unless you try and sue Texas.

That column went in a different direction than I thought (which would have been pointing to the hypocrisy of Cruz, who had opposed relief for Hurricane Sandy because he said there was too much pork).
