Bucs have the edge on paper and they have an extra week of preparation. It's probably going to be a bloodbath.

Bears D will keep them close in the 1st half. I don't expect the offense to do much of anything except maybe some garbage time points.

34-13 Bucs

Buccaneers defense sucks. Bears will keep it close but lose again. 27-24

The Bucs have been at home vs the Bears the last two match-ups, so of course the league gives them another home game. If this game was played in November, different story. Ok, time to get off my Seacrest and stop whining.

I won't predict a Bears win but I fail to see how Tampa's offense should scare the Bears more than Atlanta.

Even a sucky defense should be able to pretty much shut down this bears offense.

The Falcons have a good defense and the Bears moved the ball well on them. Buccs are a lot slower. I expect Cohen and Howard to do very well Sunday.

Games in Tampa. Bears defense is going to get gassed in that 90 degree heat. I've seen very good defense's go down there when it is hot and get shredded.

Also more "unknown's" to Tampa's offense vs Atlanta..Mike Evans isn't Julio Jones, but he's getting close. Desean Jackson is a speed element that the Falcons didn't have...and we have yet to see how they will use him..and of course as mentioned...they have had 2+ weeks to prepare for this.

I thought the Bears had a pretty damn good game plan vs Atlanta...one of the best I have seen from this regime....and with all that it still wasn't enough. Bears just don't have enough talent.

Taylor Gabriel is as fast as DeSean but not as good and Tevin Coleman is very fast and skilled, both were held in check.

Bears don't have anyone even remotely close to qualified to match Evans on jump balls though. That part is gonna be tough. But if I was a Bear fan I'm not worried about this matchup at all. They were a few yards away from beating a much better team last week.

Jordan. Rookie tight ends are almost never good. OJ won't do much this year. Brate is good.

The Bucs have tape and an extra week to prepare and the Bears don't. They're also at home. The Bucs are one of my SB sleepers.

I wonder how much the home thing will help...on one hand, lots of emotion and sympathy due to the hurricane, but then again, maybe they're still preoccupied with personal issues.

The Bears D will shut down the Jaquizz lead Buc running game. This will fall squarely on Winston's shoulders. Just like last week, if the Bear get a pass rush, they will win. If not, you will Have Evans playing the role of Hooper better than Hooper played Hooper.

We are back to the Lovie days of first team to 21 wins.

Bears 21
Bucs 20

Hate going up against that insurmountable home field advantage in Tampa.

My guess is no less than 25% of the fans in the blue jersey of the beloved.

I'll say no less than 40%. The Bucs bandwagon emptied out hard and fast.

Tanner Gentry will be their best WR by the end of the year. He might be second best right now. I'll give Kendall Wright the benefit of the doubt and Wheaton is still hurt.
