Sort of funny today...North was interviewing Bob Huggins today...and Huggins said something like..."a college basketball coach is expected to get in to the NCAA tournament every year"...then said..."like Mike North is expected to get great ratings every year"...

You could almost hear the crickets in North's head. He sort of glossed over it with a statement that essentially said "sometimes things just happen".

It showed me that North understands he is not delivering great ratings. You could hear the uneasiness in his voice.

I enjoyed it.

First it was the ratings are flawed

Now it is the ratings don't really matter, it is how much he brings in revenue, which is what he concentrates on.

Here is a novel idea. concentrate on the actual show and some content and then maybe the ratings would improve and the money will take care of itself.

Now guys quit piling on, the show hasn't been a winner since Ann & Steve left & Jen became lead producer.(!)

Titanic and Anne used in the same thread is appropriate.

What is amazing is that North kept her there for so long.

I got no problem with trying new people, even if everyone knew it would be terrible, but when your program director is beggingf you to change that might be a hint it is not working.
