quick death rather than a slow, painful one.

bruce arena should be out. this was a slam dunk, and he fucked it up worse than herr klansman.

is it a coincidence that we keep our guys off russian soil?

Just tell him Tony Zendejas couldn't hold a candle to Kevin Butler.

I've done that, as well as remind him how bad Ricky Rubio is.

I love this. Total fucking embarassment. Fox has to be furious because nobody's going to watch the World Cup in the middle of baseball playoffs and football.

US Soccer fans think we are not world elite because of the youth training facilities they have in Europe per twitter. I think it is because it is 4th or 5th in the pecking order for boys in the US.

It doesn't help us that Sunil Gulati is an idiot. Just like a GM can't keep picking bad coaches without eventually losing his job, the USSF President shouldn't get to keep picking bad ones either.

I think the mainstream sports equivalent would be like if Iowa football went from the Big Ten down to D2 for the year and failed to qualify for the D2 playoffs.

We need Margarida to ref some matches here. Okay, the original died - but the one who picked up after is pretty fantastic: https://youtu.be/YbcQhXPAMe0

Holy shit Argentina went down 0-1 in under a minute but FINALLY scored some goals and didn't just make the playoffs, but the world cup proper? Chile is out? Great year for good ol Alexis Snachez[sic], eh?

It doesn't help that the daily mail recently listed jozy altidore as the worst striker in PL history (I knew he had 30 apps 1 goal with Sunderland, but I didn't know he also had 30 apps 1 goal with another PL side before that!) -- obviously I'm not exonerating the coaches, but still you know Dempsey is long in the tooth and even if he's going OK you still need goals, and to me jozy altidore is thevwritavke mascot of the USMNT =]

Yes.

Sorry, I was thinking of Qatar in 2022, which is going to be played later.
