I heard Phil Woodman is a tyrant. Supposedly he is a huge bully to vendors, which is how he gets those low prices. And a person I work with used to be a claims adjuster for Woodmans regarding accidents in their stores. Most corporate clients have some tolerance and are willing to pay a majority of their liability claims to keep customer goodwill, but I heard Woodman would want to deny everything.

All of this I heard secondhand, but it wouldn't surprise me.
