This is the worst managed World Series I've ever seen - both teams. It's going to be a fascinating game tonight.

Verlander is gonna mow these guys down.

Verlander was 5-7 on a bad team and 11-0 on a good team. Yeah Joe that’s a real tough one to figure out.

A bad team that was well below league average in every defensive category. Astros defense has bailed out Verlander in situations where the Tigers defense would've coughed up an extra base hit to extend an inning.

JV came out throwing heat tonight. Didn't throw any curves until Pederson--tried to K him on the curve with his 5th pitch to Pederson; before eventually catching him looking with basically the same off-speed breaking ball 2 pitches later.

Usually Verlander saves a few mph on his fast-ball for the 3rd/4th time through the order--sorta acting as his own setup man/closer in those situations. Maybe he'll mix in the curve more 2nd time through the order before returning to the 97 MPH fastballs later in the game. Don't think Verlander can touch 99 mph any more. Never really trusted the Tigers home gun anyhow. It always had Joel Zumaya throwing 100 mph+ on every pitch.

Not only will Verlander be throwing harder later in the game, he's a lock to go 120+ pitches.

Dodgers in need of a big hit soon. They can feel the noose tightening.

Nothing like getting pulled with under 60 pitches. Can’t imagine how much that has to piss off the starters. .

Buck with a shot out of nowhere at the Braves a few innings ago.

Astros better get some insurance.

Verlander is great but we got slippery juiced balls.

Astros better wrap this up tonight.

Game 7 with Darvish and Kershaw will be hard to beat.

Dumb to give Utley a free pass with the HBP. Figured old-arse Utley a candidate to hit into a double-play.

Verlander's lucky to get out of that with only 2 runs plated.

Dodgers will win the WS. Reminds me of that Texas/Cards series where the Cards won games 6 and 7 at home.

The 1965 version of Sandy Koufax might have been able to crack the 2005 White Sox starting rotation.

Great series. One of the best ever.

Weather is cool now. Dodger stadium should be a pitchers ballpark tomorrow. Dodgers should win it.

It's going to come down to a Gurriel-Darvish show down.

That's what did it, walking that washed up old juicer..inexcusable.

Verlander still pitched great, gotta think tonight comes down to Altuve\Correa. If they show up Astros win.

You think Utley was a juicer?

That's an odd one.

Bob Brenly was worse in 2001 and he also ended up winning.

Kim was lights out in the 2001 DS & CS, and gave up two gophers in the WS. Not sure how that's Brenly's fault.
