It's supposedly season ending but hopefully not an MCL and an ACL.

This sucks. Young high draft pick that's still developing potentially winds up with a game changing injury. This is a step in the wrong direction for the Bears, and it might force their hand in the upcoming draft depending on how bad it turns out.

I'm not saying I thought dude was a franchise guy or anything crazy, but he was developing into a solid starter who's unique skill set may have benefited from the Bears finding a legit play maker across from him.

I thought his legs looked kind of thin for a LB.

This is what sucks about football. It seems like big name guys keep going down all around the league.

Hopefully not an ACL, maybe just an MCL

http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/spo ... story.html
Quote:
By video, Floyd was hit on the right knee/lower thigh.

Video leaves hope the injury is not as severe as it could be, as Floyd’s right foot was not planted. There is still significant worry for a contusion and MCL injury. The hope is it is not worse and he avoided a season- ending injury.

Knowing this team, they will rush him back in a meaningless week 15 and he'll completely destroy the knee.

On Wednesday Fox will confirm it's a bruise.
On Saturday Floyd will be downgraded to DOUBTFUL.
On Sunday Floyd we be OUT.

Next Wednesday Fox will confirm Floyd's ACL is torn.
On next Saturday Floyd will be OUT.

Next next Wednesday Fox will confirm Floyd's leg had to be amputated and he's QUESTIONABLE for Sunday's game.

John Fox says as of right now to #Bears knowledge Leonard Floyd did not tear his ACL but will miss some time and they are still evaluating his injury.

Clearly you two dopes didn't pay heed to Caller Bob's clear wise admonishment of those that lament injuries in football.
