That's real fishy. Sounds to me like he just doesn't want to play college ball at all. The surgery he is having, microdisketomy, does not have the 3-4 month recovery period being talked about in the tweets about Porter. For basketball, its at most an 8 week layoff from sports after surgery, maybe even 6. After my first micro I was back on the court in 6 weeks I believe. Might've been 8, but definitely not longer than that.

Sounds to me like he is going to use this as an excuse to avoid playing and damaging his stock even more this year. I guess he'd rather go straight to summer workouts rather than get in 2 months of NCAA bball and risk another injury.

May not really have much impact. He is a stretch 4 and the Bulls already have that. I'm actually hoping for Ayton. I think he is the kid with the most upside.
