Had the Cajun turkey tonight. Pretty good. Onions were a little soggy but overall pretty good.

Very strange. My first real job out of college I worked for a guy who did the same thing. He was Jewish too.

Oddly, that's the way I largely eat them on corned beef from my local spot.

Are you Jewish?

I like Arby's but I have yet to have a good meal at a BWW. WingStop either, although their fries rule.

I had a good run for a few years getting BWW wings on Tuesdays 3-4x/year. Buy two $25 gift cards in December and get $10 of free food in January. When wings were still $0.60, I could get 18 wings for takeout for $7.50, after the kickback from the $10.

Then they ruined the deal, and that's the end of going there unless I'm on a business trip in a dumbass place like Jefferson City, Missouri.

Leave it to the worst fast food restaurant to purchase the worst sports bar. Should be a wonderful pairing.

No - it was ARBY'S, not Burger King, that bought BWW

Not sure if they still have it, but the authentic lamb gyros Arby's was carrying was legit. 2 for $6 was an easy decision.

In lieu of a sub a few months back I bought their turkey and roast beef gyros. They were just ok, I definitely wouldn't go out of my way for
one. They did pack a lot of meat in the pita.

Yeah, I've not been a fan of their roast beef or turkey gyros. It just...isn't a gyro.

Arby's is pronounced as "R B's" which is a surprise to no one.

It is short for "roast beef" which is a surprise to nearly everyone.

just found out one of these is opening in my town. I was always a fan back in the old days, but I haven't had food from there in a long time. Looking forward to trying it again.

I don't get there terribly often (obviously), but I just found out this past Tuesday that "wing Tuesday" doesn't have any deal for real wings - what the actual fuck ?!!? Just BOGO boneless. And they're not particularly good either ... I'd just as soon get 10 nuggets for a buck at Burger King.

I’m by the Harlem & Irving plaza and there is no Arby’s in range. There used to be one right by Mr. Beef but it was a fucking shithole. Now the closest one is by Dempster & Caldwell? What’s that all about?

Those of you who have endured the arduous process of lifting the top bun off your roast beef sandwich, placing curly fries on top of the meat, and then returning the bun to its place—you’ll suffer no more. Arby’s has introduced the Arbynator, a limited-time sandwich with curly fries inside, which the chain is billing as “the most Arby’s sandwich ever.”

The sandwich includes thinly sliced roast beef topped with curly fries, cheddar sauce, Arby’s sauce, and Horsey sauce on a sesame seed bun. It is available Nov. 19 through Dec. 23 in classic, double, and half-pound sizes.

The Takeout’s judgment? We see no problem with this. Curly fries or French fries on a sandwich sounds perfectly fine. As you were.

These are actually quite good, one of my guilty fast food pleasures. 2 for $6, can’t go wrong.

It may have been mentioned earlier, but I don’t give a shit. I’m not reading the whole thread. Arby’s had a pork belly sandwhich that was outstanding for a fast food joint. I hope they bring it back. Pork fat...yummy.

They should just offer a packet of half Arby Sauce and half Horsey Sauce.

Save me the trouble. That's good stuff.

The Arby's next town over closed between five and ten years ago, they finally razed the building this summer. Closest joint is South Bend, 30 miles away. Thursday morning I roll the trash bin to the road for pickup, and an Arby's fry box is laying on the side of the road at my driveway. Fries from Heaven?

Yeah, I get the potato cakes and mix the two sauces for dipping. Fast food potato saucy nirvana.

Arby's is opening up in Arlington Heights on Rand Rd. near Arlington Heights Rd. (the old Wendy's that's been empty for years)

Right next to my gym...not good.

jimmypasta and I can meet there for lunch. Gotta keep the heart and arteries in shape by stressing their workload. The heart is a muscle after all.

Not sure what insane person would want that, but, yes, you can ask for no Arby's sauce.
