When the ratings came out, we were told they were pleased and Mike would continue to focus more on sports. OK, great. I was in the car from 7-8 this morning, so I figured I'd have an open mind and give him another try. What I heard was Mike expressing his opinion on Police Dept. hiring requirements, the FBI failing to find Joey Lombardo, the Mayor of New Orleans, and the government spying on citizens. This was followed by him reading several g-a-y love story postings from some Brokeback Mountain website and then some listing of coutry song titles or something--I'm not sure; I was losing interest fast at this point. We were then treated to Fred's movie reviews. The only reason sports was discussed at all in this hour was because Fred's second movie happened to be a basketball movie. Oh, and then we were promised an interview with Joey Lombardo's lawyer in the 8:00 hour. So this is more of a focus on sports? Thanks but no thanks.

Don't feel too bad, per Rock's suggestion to "give the show another chance" I got suckered into listening to this same drivel. At least now I can go back to listening to music in the morning with a clear conscience.
