I found it interesting that Bernstein tweeted out a welcome tweet to both Swirky and Wennington - If you remember, Swirsky and Bernsy always threw small shots at each other.

Good call. I think Swirsky once called Bernstein disgusting in an interview.

Larry unfortunately is going nowhere. He is going to end up giving a death sentence to the new talent they pair them together on a show.

The Illini and DePaul games have to go. Huge waste of programming time. What could the ratings possibly be for those games?

And yeah, Laurence is never going to have a show. He doesn't now.

I'm pretty sure those schools, along with some NIU stuff is paid for by the schools themselves. I think it's basically a time-filler with zero cost involved.

You are trolling.

This comes as no surprise to you. You know how insincere that Bernstein can be.

DePaul buys the time, and when the Blackhawks were on the Score and wretched, they bought their time too. I'm not sure about U of I but I suspect it's something closer to the profit-sharing agreement the Hawks have with WGN now and certainly not a rights fee. I'm probably wrong, though.

He had one clanger back in the day that had me screaming internally. I don't remember what it was and I think we lost the original "let's read Bernstein's tweets" thread that had his Bears postgame senior columns.

Today we had "a team is thinking 'why should I let them poach him after we cook him?'" Life imitating art imitating life.
