Tonight's entertainment is a balck choir singing "When The Saints Go Marchin' In", and now "Sweet Home Chicago", two of my personal favorite hymns.

I'm sure it's the trucks fault, but the piano player is off from the choir and it's unsettling ... they sound lovely otherwise.

The guy was going to the hole strong and instead of reaching for the block Portis swung hard and caught the crook of the guys' arm and slammed the air born kid to the floor. It wasn't a basketball play. It was risky roughhouse, shit that Lambeir used to do.

Previously in the game he delivered what appeared to be an inadvertant knee to a guys head. So he took out 2 players really hard. Both had to leave the game. Just dangerous, wreckless thuggery. I know now why Miro wanted out of here.

That's bullshit. A block is when you reach up and deflect the shot, or swat it out out the air. This was a move to take out the shooter. The guy was IN THE AIR...extremely vulnerable, at Portis' mercy.

That his hand actually touched the ball does not excuse the ferocity of the contact. Do you remember the foul a Piston put on Pippin that erupted into a scrum back in '90? This falls in that category.

I watched the clip. Sure looked like he was going for the ball. It looked bad, but it was not nearly as bad as it was talked about.
