I don't want him to be fired. I want him to be clipped in a very public manner to discourage others in the future. He is kind of entertaining when he performs his niche programming in the context that his bosses do not consider it mainstream, kind of like a golf or outdoors show

Cameron Hughes is his too....and Brooklinen I think as well. Even if not spectacular, he can easily outsell the entry level account guys they bring in..that's job security.

you can blame Dan for Jason's show topic leanings, etc in that vein, but you can't blame him for Jason's over-excited delivery, talking over everyone, laughing at EVERYTHING, that kind of stuff. He'd be fine as a Dan acolyte if not for those habits and some other non-Dan vocal tics.
