I usually listen to Murph early Saturday mornings thru my phone while I'm still at work or heading home from work.

But today Murph and Fred were not on!

Maybe is something up? Murph's going to the score maybe?

or like Beardown said, the people in radio are listening to this message board.

If Murph gets a gig on the score, I expect him to pay me a finders fee for getting him a gig. I'm the only one who prosoed the idea here for Murph to be on the Score since they're the Cubs flagship and a Murph show post or pre game would be mega ratings for the score.

I'm gonna call for a vote to ban HIU if I see one more g-damned Murph thread.

He was on this morning...I caught the tail end of some corny song called "Who put the overalls in Mrs. Murphy's chowder?"

I thought he was in on - solo. No way he goes back to the Score but it would be hilarious if he replaced Bernstein!

I'll admit that would be kinda funny ... except then that bugle blower would be on the air during the week.

HawaiiYou posing some great questions in this thread. I wouldn't be shocked if Murphy wound up back at home due to his work here.

Maybe Murph, Hawaii, and Nate Oliver can take a shower together

If Murphy replaced Bernstein you'd risk Mully and him going back at it during transition. That'd be awesome twofold

I thought I'd heard some rumor and innuendo that Murph hasn't been in the absolute best of health recently? Maybe that's till true, or worse, getting worse?

I believe he was treated for throat cancer a few years ago. Hopefully it didn't come back.
