Dan was just commenting about the lack of "crazy callers" to this new show. That happens when the majority of your schtick doesn't involve actively trolling the audience.

Dan made it sound like everyone in the NBA has perfect form while shooting, unlike the embarrassingly untalented hacks who comprise the majority of collegiate rosters.

I guess Dan misses trolling and getting into dumb arguments with callers.

Not to mention the early start to the show cuts down on the amount of time the really dumb ones have to day drink before calling...
