I was a little surprised by the number of folks that had the very same question. There is zero possibility the Bears will trade the No. 8 pick in the draft to the Giants for Beckham. Give them a 2nd. He’s one of the best receivers in the league and still so young. He’s worth whatever contract he signs. If the Bears are trying to replicate what the Rams or Eagles have done, especially the Rams, pull the trigger. I don’t want to see Odell Beckham in a Rams uniform when and if they play the Bears in a playoff game a year or two from now.

The contract demands make anything more than a third rounder unbearable. But that doesn't mean the Bears should give up on the idea, him and Robinson would be a lights-out pair.

I will pass. Definitely not for the 8th pick. If it was other picks then maybe consider it, but too many concerns.
