not a lot of shots to go around these days on the Lakers with Lopez, Randle, Kuzma, KCP and IT all looking to get theirs. Should be interesting to see what happens when Ingram comes back cause he's gonna need his as well. Lonzo only took 3 shots, 1 went in. Did contribute his usual 8 assists and a couple steals.

same old story for Lonzo. Awful shooting, but does everything else great. Cost his team the game with his horrible 3 pt shooting last night so there's that, but did lead his team with 13 boards and 9 assists as well as 2 blocks.

For the month of March Lonzo is leading the NBA in steals and deflections.

Shot a little better last night, 5/13 for 12 points to go along with a near triple double of 8 boards and 10 assists.

Great game for Zo tonight in Detroit. Last two games he's played well and I think the difference is Isaiah Thomas being out of the lineup. You can tell Zo hates playing with the ball hog napoleon complex guy who's only playing for a contract.

Zo finally missed late in the 3rd, but was 7/8 from the field and 1/1 from 3. I like that split. Throw in 8 rebounds, 11 assists and 2 steals and it was a helluva game for Zo.

Zo hurt his knee last night early in the 2nd half. Iced it the rest of the game. MRI today, but Zo says it's just a bruise and he'll be fine.

He was on his way to another strong game at the time. Hopefully back on the court next game. Ingram came back last night which definitely helped the team and the offense.

More praise for Lonzo. Gary Payton calling Lonzo one of the 5 best defensive guards in the NBA and says he will be a great player one day.

Compounds the problem by shooting 10 3's a game even though he has no business taking shots from that far out.

Started out with historically record breaking bad shooting the first 20 games of his career. OVer the past couple months his shooting has steadily improved aside from a recent slump which he appears to be out of his last few games.

As others have said, he shoots too many 3s, but over his last 3 games he has curtailed that and seems to be looking to drive the ball into the lane as a first option rather than hoist a 3.

He needs some work over the summer on his shooting, shooting 3s, floaters in the lane and free throws. Every other aspect of his game has been nothing short of phenomenal. When your stats are in a group of rookies that include Magic, Oscar and Ben Simmons you are obviously doing a lot of things right.

He is a bad shooter. I don't know what else to say. The form isn't good, and he is forced to take a lot of shots as he is also a focal point of the offense. He does a lot of things well, but they can be overshadowed by the fact that he isn't a scorer. He has the same scoring ability as Rubio, but does everything else Rubio does a little bit better.

Honest question, is anyone else rooting against Lonzo simply because of what an obnoxious asshole Shakes is when it comes to ballwashing him 24/7?

probably similar to how I'm rooting against you in life because of what an obnoxious attention whore you are on this site. Are there any threads you don't show up in?

They were down 11 when he was injured and ended up winning by 10. Anyone can feel free to do the math. He also was outplayed by Dennis and pretty much all of the other guards prior to last night.

The Lakers have already moved away from the belief that he is transcendant.

As rookies go he is probably 11th or 12th best.

His Per 36 is worse than guys like Raymond Felton. I know i know its a shitty stat but some guys need this in order to see that guy isn't shit. I'm just attempting to paint a picture for where this guy happens to be.

The Lakers invariably play better when he isn't in the game. They have too much invested to just cut bait but i'm sure they have already reassessed his bum ass.

His stat stuffing as the blithering keeps referencing, is more a product of him playing big minutes. Even with that they are mediocre.

10 and 7 isn't shit to write home about. Cameron Payne has looked better than that bum since returning from injury.

He is avg 35 minutes a game. I'm certain he leads in minutes among rookies drafted last season.

That clown told us Ball would be better than Tatum Simmons, Mitchell, Kuzma, Lauri, JJ etc. He hasn't been better than any of them. Why anyone gives credence to anything posted by that idiot is beyond me. He has been wrong at every turn and he can't tout his play so he is reduced to finding one or two ex players who think the kid might not be a damn bust. He is pathetic.

I actually liked Lonzo before Shakes made reservations in his pants. Lavar isn't a factor, I always feel bad for the kid with a whackjob Dad. It's one thing to like a player, it's another to have an obsessive/obnoxious shtick like he does.

I was ambivalent about him until that buffoon started down that road. Then it was hold on chief time. When it started looking as if he'd be the #2 pick i took a little more notice. Didn't think he was that in a strong draft. I remember him as the #15 high school prospect and i wondered what had changed in such a short time.

The Stud talk and that fool's tendency to call people morons and idiots who disagree with him is what caused me to zone in on him.

Its to a point where his sanity needs to be questioned now.

Even Lavar has started to hate Lonzo because of Shakes’ hype.

in the gaping vagina of a world that is the NBA, Lonzo sat out both games this weekend with a bruise. Lonzo said he was 100% 4 days ago.
