Its not about the trade its about the contract. Can the Rams match the Bears money? The Bears should be working through his agent now. Beckham can choose where he lands.

It would certainly make the acquisitions of Robinson and Gabriel look useless. Larger point is that Marshall was told to fuck off despite production here. I’ve seen the bullshit OBJ does and it’s the same vein of over-emotional noise generation that grabs distracting headlines and divides locker rooms.

It’s not quite apples to apples with Marshsll’s Weird Ego Variety Show, but it’s a headache generator.

The contract would simply be icing.

8th this year is a home run, should be able to grab Nelson or Fitzpatrick. Pass on Beckham, any corner gets him all wound up by calling him a burrito. The Giants know this guy, theres a reason they are willing to dump him.

I get it in terms of a "he's a sure thing" perspective, but the guy is volatile.

The 8th pick is a gamble, absolutely, but if you draft a great player you get a solid 3-5 years of an athlete's best at far under market value.

Agreed. I look at it like a Joe Thomas pick, except that he's a guard. If he was a tackle he'd probably go 1 overall.
