Nas, one thing - I'm not sure what you are working through, but I've had high liver enzymes several times in blood work and they can be caused by many things, like using too much iburprofen. Just giving some additional perspective.

I have not met Nas in person, no, but you know what? I am concerned for him, quite a bit actually.
But damnit I respect his right to privacy and don't think that we should be bothering him at all while he's out. Postulating aloud in a public forum about him is something that the concerned people do?

I am one of those people who sympathize with others regardless of my familiarity with that particular person.
