It truly is the best form of basketball for a viewer. Time for Haarms and Eastern to spend a summer in the gym to work on their shot. Both have great potential.

College basketball blows. Final Four was garbage. Championship game garbage. Biggest storyline wasn't the actual games but changes to the system. Blowouts abound. Meaningless arguments over which were best of the crappy teams (essentially celebration of the tallest midget) Discussions on guys that will at best be rotation players in the NBA.


NBA Action is fantastic. Playoffs start in two weeks. Time to get a seat at the big boy table. Minor league basketball is for the birds.

College hoops stinks. Boring as hell. I also like baseball and football too. I hate off season sports talk. Nothing to be gained unless there is player movement.

I watched none of the tournament but wanted to turn on the final. Only have basic cable so I couldn't watch it. Great work.

If you can't enjoy March Madness at least then I feel sorry for you as a sports fan. If you hate it so much you have to constantly bash it then I feel worse for you. It's pretty great and really picks up after the Super Bowl.

The women's tourney, esp the Final Four, more entertaining than the men's this year.

Let's be real though. There are a lot of people who hate college basketball because of the demographics of it.

Women's tourney should just skip to the final 4 every year. Only 4 teams could possibly win it anyways.

I agree with this 100%, just like the NBA. Heck, the NBA should skip the playoffs for a 4 team tournament so no other team has a chance.

yep, this really was a fantastic season. Every week from November on had great games and ridiculous upsets. This year we had more top 5 teams losing to unranked teams than any other year and it wasn't even close. No surprise that the tournament followed suit with lots of upsets.

I had a great 3 year run on the Villanova bandwagon. Became a fan when Brunson went there, watched just about every game they played over past 3 years, got to cheer on 2 championships in the process. Great to see him develop from a guy getting 6th man minutes as a frosh on a title team to becoming the NPOY his junior year and lead his team to another title.

Can't wait for next season and what it will bring. Every year I pick a freshman I really like and become a diehard of his team. 3 years ago it was Brunson and NOva to go along with Ben Simmons and LSU (that was a brutal season), last year it was Lonzo and UCLA and this year was Trae young and Oklahoma. Looking forward to seeing what freshman will grab my eye next fall.

That's actually an interesting way to enjoy College BB. Since I don't have any strong team loyalties, picking a young player with potential is a good way to enjoy the sport.

Final Four games were terrible. They stunk and it has been that way for awhile. Once you get past the upsets that really aren't upsets because of the parity involved you really don't have anything. Loyola was a good story because of the local flavor but I will continue to check out those "NBA games that no one cares about" why you romanticize about the mediocrity that is college basketball.

Continue to bash "The League" all you want as I don't care. Time for big boy ball to take center stage.

I prefer college for a few reasons but the NBA is fine and can be pretty good in the playoffs in most years.

College hockey has a 16 team tourney, 2 weekends. And they seemingly only promote the final four/"Frozen Four", which is this weekend, fwiw:

Saw fewer missed point blank layups in the women's tourney vs the men's. The level of shooting in college men's BB, i dunno. maybe the higher level of defense in the men's game makes guys nervous shooting layups and duff easy shots.

It was a good season and fun tournament. If you can't appreciate it then you don't like basketball or have an agenda.
