Perhaps a Sports Clips area, where fans can go for the hot towel, the head and neck massage, etc.. We're used to getting clipped around there already anyway.

Or...Algrim Funeral home area-we've certainly had plenty of stiff's at Clark and Addison in the past and theyr'e often dead by June.

But this year it might be most appropriate to have a Champs area. They have great burgers and after all "THE CUB's END THE WAIT IN 2008"
