where is he gonna play? He doesn't have the size to be a pass rushing outside backer.

I assume he starts at weakside and then shifts to middle on passing downs

Raiders were taking him at 10. When he went to the bears they immediately traded down

The defense wont be good enough to win them games and the young QB has nowhere near enough weapons or protection to put him in a position to succeed. The Bears are a worse team than they were at the start of the offseason. They had a top 10 pick and the most cap space in the league and they actually managed to get worse.

Only thing that can save them is Nagy being a genius or (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky being The One.

Hell be one of those guys credited with 15 tackles every game whether legit or not so you will never really know if he is bad. I think it is a good pick

Not even an opinion debate - this is just straight not true given Robinson’s health. Like saying the earth is flat.

Even if Robinson is healthy and playing well they have nothing else. Taylor Gabriel? Fuck off. Kevin White? Only person in the world who actually believes that is Ryan Pace's dumb ass. Trey Burton? Ok, now we've entered the land of dreams.

Just drape Robinson and let the rest of the Bears roster fluff trip over each other and fall down halfway through their routes. Dont even have to worry about the run game after they inexplicably cut their 2nd best offensive lineman and replaced him with LITERALLY NOTHING.

If the Bears are lucky Smith will be as good as Jerrell Freeman was that one year, and we see where that kind of year at the position got them. This team sucks.

Robinson, Gabriel, Howard, and Burton should all be legit weapons. Same with Cohen really. The line is solid, but not great.

Mitch has what he needs. It’s on him and Nagy now.

If the Bears are lucky they got a HOF LB instead of one who will just be good for the next decade.

The line is trash and will be even worse when Long gets hurt.

When it comes to the Bears, America is just a slobbering shitwagon. Every single opinion of his regarding this team is the most pristine of doomsday horseshit.

I was a Pace apologist until he bounced this offseason, the one he was supposedly building up for, right off his foot. You weren't here for me defending every one of his questionable moves the last 3 years.

He has made a mess of things this offseason. The Bears are literally worse.

Jordan Howard isn't a weapon in the passing game he cannot catch the ball.

Tarik Cohen is a burrito dwarf who has a skill set Bears coaches have no idea how to utilize.

Nope. Very little chance it finishes in the bottom 5.

Long isn’t even good anymore. The rest of the line is fine.

Leno is OK and Whitehair is usually pretty good (especially if he plays the position he wants BUT FAT FUCKING CHANCE OF THAT HAPPENING). Long is irrelevant because he cant stay healthy, they dont have another guard to play opposite him and RT is literally unknown. Bobby Massie again? Great. That'll work.

It will be bottom 3rd, not bottom 5. Whitehair and Leno will keep them from being absolutely abysmal. Just bad/mediocre.

No, when a player is bad it's noticeable. No amount of lying about his stats will change that.

I do agree he isn't exactly a sexy pick who's going to wind up with 12 sacks a year, but he will shut down his part of the field and force offenses to work around him potentially.

Will Hernandez is still there to start rd 2. He is a starting guard from day 1 if they take him

Since the new head coach is coming from KC and learned under Andy Reid, I'm sure he knows how to utilize Cohen properly.

Considering Nelson wasn't available...I see nothing wrong with this pick.

The problem lies in the value of the pick. Typically you can find really good 3-4 ILBs in the later rounds. Traveathan was a 6th round pick. This kid basically has to be Patrick Willis to justify the top 10 pick. On that note, Willis' running mate Navaro Bowman was a 3rd round pick. Btw, the position also beats the shit out of you. Willis is done and so is Bowman(before the age of 30). Pace should have traded down and he could have got a similar player in Rashaan Evans and two second round picks to boot.

Pace bungled this again...you have to be a huge homer to see otherwise.
